After my last job, where I could not find the environment I wanted to build or was not given the space to build it, I finally did something I had been putting off for too long.

I sat down and wrote my system.

The way of coaching I have used across multiple countries and sports, applied to every age group and level I have worked with. And at the end, it produces the same result: the athlete takes accountability for their own training, and slowly, progress and growth start happening.

There is still a deep desire in me to find a place where I can build a long lasting culture of excellence from the inside. But until that happens, I have spent the last few months mentoring young coaches and athletes who reached out because they feel lost in the system. People who know something is not working but are not sure what to do about it.

I am looking to work with more of them.

While this framework was built in gymnastics, because that has been my main sport and one that has been particularly slow to move from traditional settings into a more science based and systematic approach, I have also applied it to dancers and climbers and received incredible feedback across all of them.

So here is part one of the framework. This is my philosophy. I also have an application document that goes deeper into the method and the practical actions behind it, which I am happy to send to anyone who reaches out.

One thing I want to be clear about: I am not here to convince anyone of anything. I believe everyone needs to find their own path. My consulting work is about giving people tools to discover what works for them. There is no one size fits all here.
