My little story
I coach movement through basics, resilience, and long-term play.
I’ve spent years between gymnastics halls, climbing walls and dance floors, learning how people really move.
Now I help athletes and movers rebuild their base, protect their joints and train with intention. We keep things simple, progressive and sustainable instead of chasing quick fixes.
